sterling silver topaz(?) pendant

Not marked sterling, but it has been tested. The stone tests as a topaz, but we are unsure if that is what the stone is.

The silver is scratched from wear and storage, as is typical with pre-owned jewelry. This item has tarnishing and patina that may not come off when polished. 

Measures approx. 7/8" long by 1/2" wide
