Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Stonington, Connecticut.
Q: Do you have a physical location I can visit?
A: We do not have a typical storefront, but we do have a warehouse that is open by appointment only for those interested in home decor, furniture, & clothing.
Q: Do you set up at any markets?
A: For now, we do set up with jewelry at the Brimfield Antique Show in the field Mays on Thursday during the May and September shows. For updates on our market where-abouts, check out our Instagram.
Q: I placed an order and I have decided I want to cancel it. What should I do?
A: Please contact us ASAP at NomadsNovelties@gmail.com to cancel an order. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel your order and refund you in full. If your order has already shipped, you will have to initiate a return and pay for return shipping. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item when we receive it back. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please see our return policy for more info.
Q: I ordered a piece of jewelry listed as sterling or gold, but the item is not marked for its purity. How do you know the purity of the piece?
A: Great question! A lot of vintage, antique, & artisan jewelry is sometimes not marked for it's purity, and just because something is marked actually doesn't make it so! We acid test our sterling and acid test as well as electrotest our gold jewelry. Gemstones that are able to be tested are tested.
Q: Where do your pieces come from?
A: We have developed a network of connections over the years that have resulted in us being able to consistently acquire inventory.
