Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but are not definite and are subject to change based on our schedules as it is only the two of us running our shop and shipping. Orders placed after 12PM EST on each of those days will be shipped the following shipping day. If you need an item shipped ASAP, please contact us via email at NomadsNovelties@gmail.com immediately and we will do what we can to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We ship from Stonington, Connecticut.

Nomads' Novelties is not responsible for lost in transit or stolen packages. If an order is marked as delivered but is not received, please contact your local post office as we are unable to assist with that matter. If a package is lost in transit, please visit USPS' website to file a 'missing mail' service request. Once we have shipped an order, it is under the responsibility of USPS. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that their shipping address is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately. No refunds will be given if the item is mailed to the incorrect address due to negligence by the buyer. In the event that an item is sent back to us due to the buyer entering in the incorrect address, the buyer will have to pay shipping a second time to have it shipped to the correct address, or they can elect to receive a refund for the cost of the item.

For protection on lost packages, please contact us to add insurance to your order for an additional fee that is dependent on your order value.

For protection against mail theft, please contact us to add signature confirmation to your order for an additional fee. Signature confirmation means that the package cannot be delivered to you unless you sign for it upon delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your postal carrier will leave a slip for you to pick your package up at your local post office, usually within 14 days before it is sent back to us. All orders over $400 in value will automatically have signature confirmation added to the postage for security reasons.
