Refund policy
Customers must contact us via email within three days of delivery date to start a return. Please do not attempt to initiate a return via Instagram or Shopify Inbox. Our email address is NomadsNovelties@gmail.com.
After we have approved the return, the return must be postmarked within seven days and a tracking number must be provided to us. Item must be packaged properly to ensure it does not get damaged in transit and it must be returned to us in the original condition it was in. If the order exceeds a value of $100, we may request insurance and / or signature confirmation dependent on the order value. Item(s) must be packaged in a proper manner that will prevent damage in transit. Once we have received the item in the original condition that it was when purchased, a refund minus the cost of shipping (this includes insurance and / or signature confirmation) will be issued. Any returns initiated without following our policies will be denied.
No refunds will be given in the event that the buyer has us ship an order to an incorrect address. It is up to the buyer to make sure that their shipping address is up-to-date.
No refunds will be given in the event that the package was marked as delivered but was not at the recipients address, or if the package goes missing in transit. Please see our shipping policies for more info, and for info on how to protect your mail against theft and for what to do if your package goes missing in transit.
If the item was grossly mis-represented by us, we will happily provide a full refund once the item is mailed back to us using a pre-paid label that we will provide.
