This item has noticeable scratches, and scuffs from previous wear. There is dark tarnishing and discoloring that may not come off when polished. Looking at the backside, this piece most likely has a plating over the silver to protect. All the plating has worn off the front but it is still noticeable on the backside causing scratches to be more noticeable as well.
