The silver is noticeably scratched from wear and storage, as is typical with pre-owned jewelry. There are several tiny dents from previous wear.This ring has tarnishing and patina that may not come off when polished. There is a drip of solder on the underside of the ring left there from when it was made. The stone has tool markings from when it was shaped.
