Sterling Silver pendant

Unsure if this was always intended to be worn as a pendant. The bale has some deep marks and appears to have been twisted over.

The silver is scratched from wear and storage, as is typical with pre-owned jewelry. This piece of jewelry has tarnishing and patina that may not come off when polished.
