The silver is scratched from wear and storage, as is typical with pre-owned jewelry. This ring has tarnishing and patina that may not come off when polished. 

The glass is scuffed and scratched from previous wear. The glass is currently secure in the setting but does shake. The lower point of the glass sits below the setting so it slightly presses in to the finger while the ring is worn.
