Sterling Silver Pendant

This pendant has scratches to the silver from previous wear, and tarnishing that may not come off when polished. The inside page that has, "I DO" is slightly bent.

We are not sure if this pendant is meant to be a locket or not. Two tiny pictures could be glued in to place on the inside of the front and back cover
