Sterling Silver Necklace

This item has scratches, and scuffs from previous wear. There is tarnishing that may not come off when polished. At one point, the backing silver behind the '24k' had a gold-tone plating. Some of it remains but all of it along the edges has come off from wear exposing the silver underneath.
