New Old Stock Patch

This patch is from someone who has been selling pins and patches for decades. We believe this patch is vintage and the person we purchased them from mentioned they came out of a factory sometime in the late 1980s to early 1990s. We have no way of proving this frame of time is correct.

This patch is new old stock but has minor production imperfections, fraying, and threads partially coming up.

This patch has a layer on the backside that we do not know if it is meant to be there to protect the threads or if this is an iron-on patch. We think it is best to assume it is a sew-on patch. We can not test these as most of these patches we only have one of.
