This item has scratches and scuffs from previous wear and use. There is tarnishing that may not come off when polished. The locking wheel for the pin does not properly spin and may need help closing all the way. The dragons breath is secure in the setting but does rattle! There is an intentional faceted design around the lower edge of the dragons breath.
