sterling silver triangle shaped shell pendant

Sterling silver pendant. There are natural imperfections to the shell. There seems to be a dab of glue on the shell - see photos.

The silver is scratched from wear and storage, as is typical with vintage jewelry. This jewelry may also have tarnishing and patina that may not come off when polished.
