Sterling Silver Pendant

This pendant has scratches to the silver and stones from previous wear, and tarnishing that may not come off when polished. We are unsure of the names of the stones used. This pendant is marked, "Thailand", we are unsure of the age. There is a small amount of a residue along the right-hand side edge we believe could be an adhesive out of place from production.
