This souvenir pennant does have imperfections including; residue stuck to the felt near the tip, dark discoloring on the yellow strip and tassels, staining on the tassels that will most likely not come off, stitching coming undone near both ends of the tassels, and the tassels are very out of shape from where this was stored for years.
